Note:

The first celebrity spokesman was Doug Sanders, PGA Golfer, who joined the “Bee a Buckler” program in 1970. Since then, many others have joined in supporting safety belt use, either by lending their name or by appearing at schools, civic groups and community safety fairs, where they often sign the “Bee a Buckler” Membership/ Pledge cards as the Club Official, thereby providing the recipient with their autograph.
